As a Trust, we are committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of the data we process. Our approach to data protection and IT is designed to ensure that all personal information is handled with the utmost care and in compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.
Our Commitment

Subject Access and Freedom of Information Requests
We are committed to providing individuals with access to their personal data and ensuring transparency in our operations. If you wish to make a subject access request (SAR) or freedom of information (FOI) request, please send your request to DPO@fierte.org. Our Data Protection Officer will be able to support with your request.
